What is the program?
It is a plan provided by Dow Jones in which you can have from one free cleaning a year to amalgams, resins, third molar extractions at a pre-funded cost.

How do I enroll?
When you start your contract with Dow Jones, you must notify your HRBP so that they can register you and your family members (children under 25 years of age and spouse). If you require seniority recognition on other policies, you must have no more than 30 days of uncovered period and you must submit your proof of seniority.

Can I change my enrollment?
Yes, at the time of marriage, divorce, death or birth, the HR department must be notified.
